The Speaker waived the Judiciary Committee referral for the following          
at the request of Representative Green, Chair:                                 
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 212                                                            
"An Act relating to determination of an established village for               
purposes of regulating the sale, use, and possession of alcoholic              
beverages in the unorganized borough; and providing for an                     
effective date."                                                               
                                                                               
HB 212 was removed from the Judiciary Committee and referred to the            
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
